SHIPPING POLICY

FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders shipped within the United States. All orders are shipped via The United States Post Office. Tracking with USPS is only available if you purchase Express Next Day shipping for $19.95. Orders are shipped from Redmond, Washington.

All International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for $15.95. Typical delivery for Internation orders is 6-10 business days. Express shipping is not available for international orders.

Items are usually shipped the same or next business day. Transit time is approximately 2 to 4 days for Priority mail to major metropolitan areas, rural areas may take longer. Please note that while USPS Priority mail is fast and usually ships next business day, the arrival time is not guaranteed. Please note that all orders over $250 require a signature upon delivery.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you will be happy with your purchase(s) but if for any reason you find you need to do a return and/or exchange, please note our return policy for all in-store and online purchases below:

Return Policy for Online Purchases:
All returns for non-clearance purchases must be postmarked and prepaid within 14 days of our original ship date to you in order to receive a full refund. All items are to be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. If you purchased a defective item, you must call us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Returns for online purchases can only be made after receiving a Return Authorization from Olive. To receive a Return Authorization please send an e-mail to: olive@olivetoshop.com with 'Return Authorization' as the subject. Please include your order number along with what item(s) you are returning. The original credit card used for purchase will be refunded within 5 business days, following return approval.  Please note that all sale/clearance items are considered a FINAL SALE and sold as is.  No returns on clearance items - no exceptions.

Return Policy for In Store Purchases:
All returns for non-clearance items need to be made within 7 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Items are to be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. Any item returned after 7 days will qualify for store credit only. No returns or exchanges accepted 30-days after purchase. Returns can only be made with either the original purchase receipt or a gift receipt. There are no returns or refunds for items without a receipt. No exceptions. Also, We do not keep credit card information on file, so if you do not have the original credit card used for the purchase, we can only issue store credit. Items returned with a gift receipt are for exchange or store credit only. Please note that all sale/clearance items are considered a FINAL SALE and sold as is.

SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS:

All merchandise sold at 20% or greater is considered a sale/clearance item and are considered a Final Sale
