RETURN POLICY:
In-Store Purchases:
All returns for in-store purchases need to be made within 7 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Any item returned after 7 days will receive store credit only. Returns can only be made with either the original purchase receipt or a gift receipt. There are no returns or refunds for items without a receipt.
Online Purchases:
All returns for online purchases need to be made within 14 days from the shipping date to receive a full refund. Any item returned after 14 days will receive merchandise credit only.
Returns for online purchases can only be made after receiving a Return Authorization from Olive. To receive a Return Authorization please send an e-mail to customerservice@olivetoshop.com and put "Return Authorization" as the subject. Please include your order number along with what item you are returning.
All sale items purchased are considered a FINAL SALE.
